If you are very open and can do so much psychichly you may not be closing down or always open?

Your Solar Plexus third chakra (where the ribs meet) should be bright a the sun yellow, and should be no bigger than 5cms across. It is here where ALL IMPRESSIONS are absorbed into our self..... it comes in here first! Before any other senses like brain or fellings pick it up

Take a look at yours ............what colour ...........how big...........is it vibrant?

Make it no bigger than 5cm it can still be open, its not closing it up....but if it is too open you will take in too much and often the rubbish or throw away neg energy. WSpin it to the right and to the good. And make it bright and sunshine! To increase its pos. and strength visualise a WARRIOR as thisd is the positive archtype of this chakra.

Then put Electric blue around your aura, it is an arms length away from your body in every direction. This will filter negative energy it wont block you off or shut out but you will be safer in your own energy, and more readily distinguish others energy for what it is and not absorb it. It distinguishes your enegy from everything else.

and finally GET GROUNDED. Throw a ribbon of red from your lowest chakra the earth chaka at the base of your spine spin it to right and to good, make it vibrant and red, throw ribbon down to the heart of the Earth Mother and connect with her.
