I had Reiki done while in Missouri dealing with some very heavy emotional and endocrine issue back in 95. I found great relief from a therapist there. I could actually close my eyes and see dark muddy fluid swirling around as he began to work on each Chakra, and then slowly see each one turn to a pure different color for each Chakra. Simply amazing to watch.

I am sensitive and easily affected by energy flows. When I married my present wife, her main work was a Shiatsu therapist. I found that I could not sleep next to her, even though she shook off the excess and maybe negative energy. If she was closer then 2 feet, the entire side of my body facing her, would begin to ache, then hurt and then start burning and twitching, and even muscle spasms.

Now though, as she is teacher, and only does Shiatsu once in awhile, we don't have that problem to any notable degree. We were talking to a massage therapist in our church yesterday, and she related this experience to her, to show how sensitive I was,, and being a Empath. I do not really remember this one experience, so will have to take her word for it. She related that see was working late, at I think our Chiropractors and I was asleep when she came home, She said when she crawled into bed and got got close to me, she said I almost exploded from the bed, from a dead sleep, with pain and muscles spasms. I guess she said, she had worked on more people then ever before in one day, and had a high charge still, even with clearing it off after each massage.

Even when I sat next to someone at a meeting or what ever, I can feel energy flowing between us or them. Most times it is ok, but sometimes it hurts, or I feel like I am being attacked or raped or some odd thing like that. So normally I have to stay very aware of who I am around; luckily most people are neutral.
