What are you saying? they drop into your body? consiousness? here in the earth dimension?

1. I would say be very careful... I have been told that at this time those in the light are being targeted at the moment.

2. Physical or Astral you can ask who they are.... they are all bound by truth and you ask 3 Times. if they avoid or mess about be wary or never give you a proper answer. Say a Christic Force name 3 times like Christ or Budha or Goddess Kwan Yin is excellent she will protect you. Do prayers with Arch ANgel Michael THE Lightworkers angel and angel of Protection, ask that only those who are for the Highest Good may come.

3. If you feel any darkness trust your instincts.

Paul, that's a very good point. There are many sorts of entities. The kingdom of "little people" often seem to have specific function, like programs. They seem to be representations of certain forces that guide things like plant growth, thunderstorms, etc. Sometimes they are more intelligent and advanced, and I've been taken on journey's with them, as their higher level consciousness little people have guided me to pretty amazing places. One specific dwarf was actually dressed like a tibetan monk and he took me to an underground temple where it appeared a group of these tibetan liked dressed monks were underground invoking the dark goddess. My dwarf guide walked me across them and at the the end of the room I encounter Goddess Kali and she introduced me to a white cloth, long hair, indian looking man. Later I saw the photo of that long haired indian man in a book, he was Paramhansa Yogananda, and that lead me to move into their spiritual community and live there for 2 years in Palo Alto, CA. However, the funny thing was, before this dwarf took me to the underground temple, he first took me to a drive through burger king and we ordered some french fries. I can still remember the outer salty and crispy texture, and the inner moist and warm taste of those fries. Apparently I had certain desires that needed to be fulfilled before I could be read to enter that temple. Often my encounters with astral beings have been full of learning and lessons, and they have translated to guidance in my life.

However, I also realized at one point I had made a connection with a God/Deva Deity that was in a very high vibration, and through this entity I was able to travel to many different planes/worlds, however, what I didn't realize was that there was an energetic exchange that I was making with this entity. He was feeding on my energy and in turn giving these experiences. I realized that it was weakening my energy body in the long run and I had to do more and more work to generate more energy... once I realized this, I closed contact with this being... this being that appeared to be fully of light.

I've also encountered beings/entities in the initial years when I just began that would take on forms that I would believe into, like taking on the form of Mother Mary and Jesus Christ. The way I recognized them was through the effect on my energy body. If I felt I was loosing will power, energy, consciousness through the interaction, then it was not a being to be trusted.

Trust in one's physical body as an anchor for your consciousness, and trust the strength of your energy body.

Calling on prayers like onto some deity/god/Christ figure if it's on the bases of fear isn't going to help you much. If you are in a state of fear, you have already lost. Sometimes I do ask for help when I find no other way, though not from a state of fear, more from a place where I already put my effort and I don't seem to come with a good solution to this problem, so I will pray for Grace from God (and envision God as that superstructure that everything stems form, with no religious affiliations or limitations).

If one is encountering other entities, it's a HUGE world out there. All sorts of under worlds, upper worlds, thought-forms, aliens, etc, etc, etc. Personally, I have only faith and trust in my self; and God is only a last resort which I've probably called on maybe once or twice in the past 10 years. I do not trust even Angels or Oracles as they all have their own way of seeing things, their own intentions... I hear what they have to teach as if I read it in a book, and I internalize and learn and experiment from it. I do not "trust" in any being ultimately other than my own self/spirit. Very often I have visions and dreams with various Masters of different spiritual paths, even then, I don't "believe" into.

But that's just me... I got burned too many times by various beings and human teachers to learn that the greatest power, guidance, wisdom, energy is within my own being.
