Yes Hi Michell, yes your senses may be heightened and you may be very open and perhaps picking up more stuff as a consequence. This is not always good, and it may be good for you to learn how to control some of this for your own benefit. Your solar Plexus is where all information comes in. This chakra is just where the ribs meet and is sunny yellow, and its recommended from different sorces to see it spin to the right and to the good. and ensure it is aprox 5cm across. Too open you may pick up all sorts of crap and all and everything coming into your senses.

It may be beneficial to ground yourself too. Sitting on the ground is good, but consciously seeing the red chakra at the base of your spine spinning to right and to the good, then throw a ribbon out and down into the earth and connect tie to the heart of mother earth and breath up the enegy of the earth into your belly. The energy of earth flows up the spine as you breath up and the energy of heav ten flows down into the top of your head and down to the earth. Heaven and earth meet within the heart centre.

If you can practice this until you are not going up and down like an elavator, you will find you are more stable and deal with things from a position of strength. As you are going through this time of transition.

Lastly if you feel at all over sensitive, then imagine an Electric Blue light surrounding your aura. It will filter negativity, but you will still be aware, it makes a boundary, of where your energy ends and anothers begins, and stop confusion. As you can soak up others energy and poss get overwhelmed by sea of sensationss.
